Excellent Performance

- Each list holds cards representing tasks, and you can move cards between lists as work changes.
- This structure makes it easier to visualize ongoing work—create as many sections as you want, copy items, and place them where they’re most useful.
Boost Your Productivity

Trello includes many productivity-focused tools. You can create cards that contain images, answers, and even emojis. You can also share information directly onto existing cards, add links, or invite people into your workspace. Trello also offers a built-in automation system, where you can create rules and commands to streamline your workflow. It connects smoothly with other apps such as Google Drive and Slack.

User Feedback
“A very good organization app.” I mainly use it for my to-do lists and other personal info, but I’ve also collaborated with friends and colleagues on personal projects. The only complaint is that card description formatting on mobile differs from the Web version—formatting done on mobile may not display correctly on the Web. Other than that, it’s a great app.
“The best app so far!!” I’d add a recurring action option for some cards (for example, marking the same day throughout the month). I’d also make completed cards move down immediately so TO-DO cards stay at the top.
Update: They fixed it! For personal use as a to-do list, it’s great. The latest update moved “copy list” to the top of the menu instead of “add card,” like it used to be.
