How to Use

XEQ in Advanced Mode (requires Android 10 minimum) includes more than 20 professional presets. Try them all to find the one closest to what you want. After choosing a preset, you can adjust it further by moving the sliders.

Presets save every parameter in the DSP chain, including:

Adjust Sliders Precisely

• For fine adjustment, tap the slider labels that show the level for each band (in [dB]).

Equalizer Settings: IN GAIN & DRY MIX

The XEQ Equalizer provides advanced control using two main parameters: IN GAIN and DRY MIX. Here’s what they do and how to optimize your sound:

• IN GAIN (knob): adjusts the level of the incoming audio signal before it goes through the equalizer. This helps avoid distortion and prevents loss of sound quality.
• DRY MIX (original signal mix): controls the balance between the unprocessed audio and the processed output.
  • 0% (All effect): the output is fully processed by the equalizer.
  • 50% (Mix): blends original sound with the equalized sound.
  • 100% (Eq Flat/off): no changes are applied to the audio signal.
