Key Features
Customizable Heart Rate Zones
If you use Virtuagym Fitness Tracker or compatible devices that support heart rate, this feature becomes especially useful. The app uses frame-by-frame heart rate measurement during training sessions. You can see:
- How long it takes to reach your target threshold
- Your time spent in cardio and fat-burning zones
- Your resting heart rate frame
Each frame value is calculated using a default model based on 220 bpm, and you can’t change that formula. However, you can customize the heart rate frame thresholds. Go to Account, scroll to Heart Rate Zones, open Custom Zone, and set your thresholds. After that, your chosen zone settings will appear across the other heart rate-related features, so you always know which heart rate frame you’re working within.
Sleep Tracking with Sleep Stages

Virtuagym Fitness Tracker can now track sleep with more detail and accuracy. The Sleep Stages feature lets you review each stage of your sleep separately, and it’s available only in Virtuagym Fitness Tracker.

To view sleep stages:
- Open the Sleep section in the app
- Select the night you want to review
- Check the graph showing your sleep transitions from waking up through deep sleep and REM sleep
- Tap the chart again to display it full screen and see what each stage means
- Return to Stages Overview to compare your sleep with others your age
Sleep Insights provides feedback by analyzing sleep parameters to help you improve. It works best when your phone stays with you as much as possible. You can also set a bedtime, and the app will remind you when it’s time to go to bed.
VO2max and Cardio Fitness Insights
To check Cardio Fitness, tap the heart rate area on your dashboard. Swipe the chart (top-left) to view body metrics, then tap the maximize button to see chart details. Your results are shown based on age and gender. Swipe right to review what you need to work on to improve.
You can also boost your cardio fitness using the app’s exercise program. Open the Account icon, choose Exercise Shortcuts, and add an Interval Workout. Losing weight can also help increase Cardio Fitness—swipe to see how weight changes may affect your current stats.
