How do I verify my email?

  • On the first launch, fans log in using an MLB account.
  • If you open the Home or Tickets tabs without a verified account, you’ll be prompted to Go to your MLB Account.
  • You can then either:
    • Send or Resend the verification email to your MLB account, or
    • Enter the email address of the ticketing account you want to verify to access tickets.
  • An email is sent to that address with a one-time link. Tap the link to verify.
  • MLB Ballpark Mod

  • Once verified, return to the app to access your tickets.

How can I remove a verified account?

During verification, if you added the wrong email address—or if you want to disconnect a secondary linked account—you can remove it from within the app:

  • From the Ballpark app, open Settings. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the Home tab to reach the MLB Account page.
  • On the MLB Account page, tap Remove. This reveals all verified emails with a (-) button next to each one.
  • Tap the (-) icon next to the email address you want to remove.
  • A Remove option appears beside that email. Tap Remove to confirm and verify the change.
  • You should no longer see that email address.

Important: While you can remove secondary email addresses, you cannot remove your primary email address (the one used to log in to Ballpark).

MLB Ballpark Mod

“We were in the sun, row 13 behind the Dodgers dugout. We tried to move into the shade behind section 213. My wife went to the restroom. I started feeling dizzy and was really fighting to stay upright—I was leaning left and then I grabbed the rail above me. I was sweating heavily. When my wife came back, she helped me, and an usher assisted us up the stairs. Event staff helped me get under a ceiling fan and got ice water for me to drink. They also called First Aid, who brought a wheelchair and took me to the First Aid Station. There, a young woman and an EMT named Jonathan checked my vitals and brought me Gatorade. I cooled down, but I was still soaked. Eventually I was able to sit up and stand. The staff then escorted me to a golf cart, and the driver took us to our car.”

“I bought my tickets a month early and they appeared in the app. I even received an email the day before confirming everything was ready to use in the Ballpark app. Before we drove an hour to the stadium, I tried signing in and downloading the tickets to my phone, but my password didn’t work. I reset it, but I never received the reset email, so I called. They told me to head to the stadium because the reset could take about 10–15 minutes. If I still didn’t have the tickets by then, I should go to the box office. After paying $25 to park and walking about a mile to the stadium, I still hadn’t received the reset...”
