• Type in the access code shown on the screen.

• Friends can join by entering the same access code in their app.
• Once everyone is connected, choose your characters, game mode, and more to begin.

Depending on the game you select, the app turns your phone into either a remote control or a gamepad. All players use the same controller layout—colors help tell characters apart and can also be used to highlight on-screen actions.

AirConsole is a cloud-based video game console service. It was created by the Swiss company N-Dream, which secured $1.4 million in initial funding. In January, the company released a prototype and built the concept for the console. Early users liked it for its convenience and flexible setup.

Availability note: the service is currently limited to the United States.
