vCastSender Introduction

vCastSender vCastSender lets you wirelessly present and collaborate with ViewSonic ViewBoard interactive flat panels. Stream content, share screens, and annotate with a remote control toolbar for lessons and meetings.

vCastSender

vCastSender is an Android app built for wireless presentations and collaborative work. It lets you quickly connect your device to ViewSonic ViewBoard Interactive Flat Panels, so you can stream content, mirror your screen, and add annotations directly on the display. It’s designed to make lessons and professional discussions more interactive and engaging.

Key Features

When used together with ViewBoard Cast software, vCastSender supports a wide range of presentation and sharing actions, including:

  • Live recording streaming and on-screen annotation
  • Screen sharing
  • Sharing photos, videos, music, documents
  • Sharing annotations and camera output
  • Sharing content with the ViewSonic ViewBoard and other mobile devices

Presenter control: Speakers can manage what’s shown from a phone, tablet, or laptop. At the same time, users with Android and iOS devices can use vCastSender’s annotation toolbar and also control the ViewBoard remotely.

Whether you’re teaching in a classroom or presenting in a meeting, vCastSender helps you get started fast and keeps group discussion smooth and simple.

What Makes It Stand Out

A major strength of vCastSender is how many different content formats it can send—such as live recordings, annotations, screenshots, photos, videos, music, documents, and even camera feeds. This versatility makes it easy for presenters to share nearly any type of media.

vCastSender

It also supports remote control from your mobile device, creating a more dynamic, interactive experience—especially with Android and iOS support. Users get both a specialized annotation toolbar and remote operation so they can manage the ViewBoard® from a distance.

In addition to sharing, the app improves productivity with Reversed Device Control. This lets you operate your personal device remotely through the ViewBoard. In real-world scenarios—like a lecture or a team meeting—presenters can navigate content without needing to physically access their device.

Privacy note: vCastSender does not collect personal or device information, helping support privacy and security during use.
