How to Take an Arrival Medicine (Teleconsultation Check-In)

• 1) Download the app and create your patient account.
• 2) Book an appointment with a general practitioner or a specialist in the specialty you choose.
• 3) Log in about 15 minutes before your scheduled consultation. Tap “Enter the waiting room” to join the appointment. You’ll complete 4 steps, including:
  • Entering your medical file
  • Selecting the attending physician

  

  • Answering key medical questions required for the doctor

  

  • Running connection checks so you’re ready when the practitioner starts the remote consultation

  

• 4) After the teleconsultation, open your patient area to view your consultation report and any related medical documents.
