WatchMaker Mod Introduction
WatchMaker Mod Get WatchMaker MOD APK for WearOS and Android to explore 100,000+ watch faces, designer inspiration, and an unlocked face library. Perfect for creators or anyone who wants new styles.
WatchMaker Mod
Android is well known, but many people don’t realize that it was created by Google. And Android isn’t the only operating system Google has built—Google has also developed software for smart devices, including smartwatch platforms. If you’ve used a smartwatch running Wear OS, you already know how many options it can offer.
One of the best options for Wear OS users is WatchMaker MOD APK. This Android app gives you access to an impressive library of 100,000+ watch faces, along with a wide range of designers creating and sharing new projects. Whether you want to be the person who designs watch faces or you simply want to use one, this app can help you do both. Below you’ll find an overview of what to expect, including the main advantages, possible limitations, and—at the end—what the modified version unlocks, including a fully accessible watch face library with no extra cost.
How to Use WatchMaker
This guide walks you through the basics of creating your own watch faces inside the app.
Step 1: Find Inspiration
Many watch faces shown on the WatchMaker site are based on real watches. Others are created from scratch. For example, one creator chose inspiration from a favorite game, Titanfall, and specifically aimed to replicate the ranking chips seen in the lower-left corner during gameplay.
Step 2: Use Images and Gather Materials
If you plan to use images (or create your own), you’ll need some design guidance. There are various resources in different formats—such as using Photoshop.
You may also want to collect fonts. The app includes pre-installed fonts, and it can also pull from Android’s built-in font options. Some users run into issues when trying to create graphics with Photoshop. If you’re working with graphics rather than simple elements, it can be easier to rely on vector-based tools and programs.

Step 3: Transfer Files to Your Phone
Once your watch face looks the way you want, you need to move it onto your phone. For easier organization, store your documents and images in separate files.
- Connect your phone to your computer.
- If you’re on Windows, the device may not be recognized automatically. If you’re on Mac, you may need a program to help install access to internal/external storage.
- After about 30 to 60 minutes, locate a suitable driver and transfer the files from your computer to your phone.
Step 4: Open the App and Start Designing
First, launch the app. Then tap the three-line menu in the upper-left corner. From there, go to the watch face section.
- Enter the My Watch screen.
- Tap the plus (+) icon to begin building your design.
- Tapping the plus sign creates a blank watch face.

One important note about layers: in WatchMaker, layer order works opposite of Photoshop. For instance, the layer on the leftmost side is actually the bottom layer of the watch.
Step 5: Add “Bells and Whistles”
To include elements like time, date, or a battery indicator, you typically need to add extra layers. Create a new text layer or other element layer as needed.
To add a new layer, tap plus (+). After you press it, you’ll see options such as:
- Text
- Images
- Basic time (analog and digital)
- Scripts

WatchMaker relies on Lua scripts to handle variables like time, date, and battery percentage coming from the watch or the phone. Lua scripts can also use Java libraries to perform math operations. With Lua, you can also work with features such as GPS data, weather data, and simple if-else logic.
To learn more about Lua scripts in WatchMaker, check the related link in the app’s resources.
Adding an image:
- Choose the image file you want to use.
- Once selected, it appears in the phone’s workbench dial area.
- Remember: when you send the design to the watch, the leftmost layer becomes the bottom layer.
Battery indicator note: when you place the battery percentage element, the phone display will mirror the battery level. However, when you export the face to the watch, the battery may display incorrectly—showing up as the watch battery rather than the intended value.
Also keep in mind that the phone preview can look slightly distorted compared to the watch’s real size. Pushing/previewing the face toward the watch helps you get a more accurate idea of how it will look.
Step 6: Export and Finish Setup
You’re ready to upload your watch face. Press the back button once. Unlike some watch face apps that save automatically, WatchMaker automatically saves your watch faces.
Make sure your dial is set to the WatchMaker face on the watch. Tap the “Set Observation Surface” button and wait for the dial to appear on the watch. Now adjust your design until everything looks normal.
Once you’re done, you’ll be set—your watch face is ready for use.
