  Yes. After your first order is processed, you can enroll at any time and reorder supplies 24/7.
• What information do I need to enroll online?
  You only need the email address you used for your account. If you didn’t provide an email address, contact support through Live Chat, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (local time).
• What if I forgot my password?
  Tap Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset it. After selecting Reset Password, you’ll receive an email from Byram shortly with a link to create a new password. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive an email, use Live Chat, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (local time).
• Can I make a payment online?
  Yes. Log into mybyram and select Make Payment. The app supports major credit cards.



• I changed my primary phone number and/or mobile number—how do I update it?
  Sign in to mybyram, go to My Account, enter your new primary and/or mobile phone number, then choose Review Changes. Confirm the numbers look correct and tap Save Changes.
• I moved—how can I update my address?
  Log in to mybyram, open My Account, then select Manage address book. Under your current shipping address, choose Edit Address. Tap Review Changes, confirm the updates are correct, and select Confirm Update.



• How do I delete an address from the address book?
  After signing in, go to My Account > Manage Address Book. Select Edit Address for the address you want to remove, tap Delete This Address, and then choose Confirm Delete.
• I have a new physician (or my physician’s details changed). Where can I update this?
  Log into mybyram, open My Account, and select the physician information section to make your update.
