Dragon Incarnate is a casual, choice-driven visual novel that blends an engaging story with meaningful player decisions. You’ll travel with your companions as you uncover the mysteries surrounding a colossal dragon. Along the way, you’ll meet a wide range of characters and get pulled into different events—some of which branch into side quests, companion-focused missions, and puzzle segments.

As your bond with companions grows, new and more personal animations become available. Your deeper involvement in the dragon’s secrets—and the decisions you make along the way—can change the eventual ending and influence your relationships, increasing replay value and overall enjoyment.

The game is regularly updated with improvements to visuals, additional story content, new sensual animations, text fixes, and other refinements to keep the experience polished.

Story of Dragon Incarnate

After a difficult beginning, you and your companions set out to uncover the hidden truths behind the dragons. You can move through the main story using the main quest at your own pace.

Beyond the main quest, there’s plenty to explore, including side quests, companion quests, mini-games, puzzles, and more.

Visual Novel, With Sandbox and Romance Options

Even though the game is presented as a visual novel, it includes sandbox-style elements and some romance choices. You can select your character’s gender: Male, Female, or Yin (often referred to as Yin’Vir). You can also rename your character.

Romance is optional—your call entirely. You can even complete companion quests without pursuing romance with them.

About Yin’Vir: “Yin’Vir” (or “Yin”) is the game’s futa race/gender. They are described as having feminine bodies with penis and balls, but no vagina. In most cases, the game refers to them as the Yin race/gender. Adult content involving Yin characters can be toggled off at the start of the game; this does not remove Yin characters, it only skips those scenes.

Venture into cryptic dungeons, solve environmental riddles, and uncover hidden artifacts. These discoveries expand the world beyond what the main plot alone reveals.

Sandbox Interactions

Explore freely between towns. Participate in mini-games (such as dragon-themed archery or alchemy), and talk with NPCs who react to your choices, helping create a more responsive, lived-in world.

Companion Quests

Build deeper relationships with allies through tailored side quests—romance is not required. You can help companions face past issues or work through personal problems, unlocking story-driven rewards tied to their characters.

Romance Without Pressure

If you want, you can pursue romance through flirty dialogue or shared adventures. If you don’t, you can skip it with no penalty—your journey stays focused on the dragon hunt and exploration.

Tailored Identity

Choose your protagonist’s gender (male/female/futa/Yin), set your character name, and pick a dialogue style. Your dragon companion’s look can also change depending on your choices—ranging from visible scale differences to breath-related abilities.

• Added a new quest that appears in the quest log after a specific point in the main quest. This quest helps guide players toward finding the new companion; it is listed as a Side Quest (not a Companion Quest).
• The “completed” state can be triggered using an option available at the location; one of the other options leads to the new companion. The companion’s specific quests will arrive in later releases.
• Added Patreon and itch.io links to the main menu for the same reason as above (these may remain in future versions).
• Edited the opening to mention the Yin’Vir race; more detailed lore is planned for Act 2.

• Fixed a chance to interact with other companions while pregnant with mushroom-girl.
• Android note: The Android version is now distributed as a zip file (uploaded with butler). You’ll need to unzip it to get the APK.
