Lia: Hacking Destiny from Orube Game Studio is a fast-paced 2D action roguelite where you’re constantly racing against time. You play as Lia, exploring a planet overrun by machines after the evil MegaCorp took control. MegaCorp’s greed made the world nearly unlivable, so they built a large number of rockets to move people to what they called Earth 2.0. If your name was on the big list, you likely boarded a rocket and began again in the Alpha Centauri System—but eventually, the rockets ran out, leaving much of humanity behind.

With MegaCorp’s robots patrolling the streets and attacking any human they spot, you’ll need to stay just out of their notice. You’ll have to squeeze every bit of value from limited resources as you try to get one step ahead, run after run. The game uses procedurally generated maps, so each run brings new layouts and keeps you on high alert.

Movement & basic actions

• Left analog stick: Move Lia.



• Jump: Use the left analog stick to jump (timing depends on your input).
• Double jump: Press B as needed.
• Wall jump: You can wall jump while exploring areas.

Attacking

• Melee weapon: Press Y to attack enemies up close.
• Long-range weapon: Press X to shoot.

Keep in mind that the long-range weapon has limited ammo. Ammo will reload over time, but going into a fight with no bullets when enemies are everywhere is a major problem—so manage your shots carefully.

One more thing to watch for: the city is packed with cameras. When you move into a camera’s line of sight, you’ll need to react quickly and adjust your route to avoid drawing attention.
