Age of Dynasties Introduction

Age of Dynasties Age of Dynasties is a medieval strategy management game where you rule a growing kingdom. Make turn-by-turn decisions: build, recruit, send envoys, fight epic battles, and secure your dynasty.

Age of Dynasties

Age of Dynasties is a medieval strategy and kingdom-management game. You step into the role of a ruler and grow your realm from the ground up, making decisions each turn that shape your future. Recruit armies, build all kinds of structures, dispatch envoys, and handle diplomacy to strengthen your nation—slowly expanding from a small village into a vast empire.

As the game continues, both internal unrest and outside threats increase. To keep your dynasty alive, you’ll need steady judgment and a careful balance between home affairs, military action, and foreign diplomacy.

What Makes It Stand Out

Age of Dynasties

Become the king of the kingdom

Age of Dynasties

The story begins with an unexpected loss: the previous king has passed away, and you inherit the position. If you’re new to the genre, you’ll quickly learn how to manage your kingdom on your own. As the decision-maker, you influence major areas such as alliances, war, politics, economics, colonization, and more. Your mission is to build a powerful empire while protecting it from the attention and pressure of surrounding powers.

Plan, then defend with strategy

In Age of Dynasties, the outcome often depends on what you choose. To succeed, you’ll need strong strategic thinking and research across multiple fields, including politics, education, economy, and military.

Different players may pursue different paths—for example, focusing on peace and alliances versus preparing for war and colonization. If you prefer a peaceful approach, you can form alliances with other kingdoms to trade resources and gain support for both economic growth and military strength.

Decide—and take responsibility for results

Unlike some strategy games where outcomes feel more predetermined, this game emphasizes decision-making. You choose what happens next, and your strategy is reflected directly in the results. Can you build a mighty kingdom—or will your people fall to the ashes of war?

Player Feedback

  • “I picked it back up after a while and it’s much better than before. There are lots of new additions and it has potential to become the mobile equivalent of CK3. There are a few issues, like pronouns sometimes being wrong (female rulers occasionally referred to as ‘his’). One request: please increase the space for the chores option—right now it’s tucked into a tiny area and it’s annoying to scroll. ”
  • “If you don’t mind ads, this game is for you. Ads don’t really bother me—I just watch them while I’m doing other things and save the text-based RPG elements for later. Each year you can watch ads for bonus XP (it’s been 10 ads for 50 XP per ad, though it looks like that has increased to 20). Aside from ads, it’s genuinely fun, which is why I gave it 5 stars. It also seems like it takes a very long time—I’m on my third ruler and I haven’t even finished Act 1 yet.”
  • “I love the game, but I wish sieges could be ended faster. As far as I can tell, adding a second army to a siege doesn’t speed it up. I’d also like ways to pursue or target enemy armies and destroy them. On top of that, I’d really like new troop types—such as war elephants, dragon riders, and witch/wizard units. I’d also enjoy more ways to improve cities, like adding an extra building slot.”
  • “Honestly, it’s one of the best mobile strategy games I’ve found in a long time. Great setting and solid mechanics. Ads are light and it doesn’t feel pay-to-win. The learning curve is fairly steep, though, and the tutorial could be more extensive.”
