One of the Arbitrators is Adele Kluff, who proudly calls herself a “hero.” She’s driven by an unwavering mission: to eliminate the final alien threat—an uncompromising steel Hydra known as Edge Ixia Atlas Segarrosen.

Then, five years later, Adele wakes up to find she’s not in her original body. Her new form is a deteriorating mechanical imitation, holding only a small sliver of her humanity—enough to believe she’s been restored. To make matters worse, the scientist who rebuilt her refuses to reveal why.
