Early-Game Building & Upgrade Strategies

• The guide includes a breakdown of what each early building does.
• You can build or upgrade only one building at a time.
  To solve this, you can purchase a second construction queue (paid option).
• Buying a second queue also provides a second research queue.

You can reduce upgrade/construction timers using speed-ups or Hollow Earth Crystals (premium currency). Hollow Earth Crystals can instantly complete construction and do not require a queue. Recommendation: save speed-ups for your Headquarters.

• Speed-ups come in different types (like generic, training, research, etc.).
  Try to use the matching type whenever possible, so you don’t waste generic speed-ups.
• You can instantly finish construction or upgrades when the timer is almost done.
  The exact trigger isn’t fully clear, but it appears to be roughly within the last 10 minutes.
• This can let you obtain many instant upgrades for newly built structures.

Headquarters Priority

• The Headquarters is crucial because it unlocks progress and controls your tech level.
• Prioritize upgrading your HQ since it gates nearly everything else.
• HQ upgrade timers are very long, so again—save your speed-ups for HQ upgrades.

HQ Crafting & Equipment Basics

• You can craft items at the Headquarters.
• Crafted items are equipped on your character/ruler.
• You have six equipment slots.

  • Can be upgraded to increase its tier, improving base stats.
  • Belongs to different sets. Wearing enough pieces from the same set grants extra passive boosts.

  

Ruler Growth

• You can assign skill points to your ruler for small passive bonuses.
• You can level up your ruler/account using player EXP. Many activities—especially fighting—reward this, so you don’t need to stress over it too much.

Resource Generators

• Resource generators produce different types of resources over time.
• Higher generator levels produce more resources and raise the storage cap.
