Bloody Anomaly is a story-driven casual game. You’re dropped into a world reshaped by a mysterious viral outbreak—where you become one of the rare infected people whose vaccines don’t work. You must decide what kind of fate you’re going to accept: surrender to the virus, or fight to stay alive.

With your money, knowledge, and charm, you can win over beautiful young women and build a growing harem. Along the way, you’ll use their blood to ease your symptoms. The direction of the story is ultimately in your hands.

As the plot progresses, you’ll encounter new events and dilemmas. Face the danger head-on, push the story forward, and ask yourself: can you escape the virus for real?

The BA26 virus outbreak killed thousands and temporarily broke the “normal” rules of life. A vaccine with 93% effectiveness gave people the illusion of safety—until you became one of the unlucky 7% for whom it provides no protection. There’s no going back.
