MudBlood Prologue is a casual strategy-and-management game. You play as the chieftain of a goblin tribe, guiding your people from early development all the way to building a goblin empire.

To grow your tribe, you carry out raids on nearby groups to seize resources and increase your population—bringing forth more dangerous creatures along the way. As the threats evolve, your tribe’s overall strength grows with them.

The game also includes a built-in character editor, letting you adjust body features, overall look, and more to unlock additional intimate scenes.

Gameplay Overview

MudBlood Prologue is an adult sandbox and management experience set in a medieval fantasy world. Your goblin tribe lives inside a cave, and your main loop revolves around raids, recruiting, and expanding both your army and your base.

• Raid nearby targets across roads, villages, and cities.
• Grow your army to expand your influence over territory.
• Gather resources during raids to expand and upgrade your cave.

Customize Your Characters

Using special potions, you can either randomize character appearance or tailor it manually. Build the look you want by fine-tuning details such as skin tone, body structure, and body-type selections.

You can also adjust things like:

• Face types
• Hair
• Eye colors
• Clothing for female characters
• Various body-area and body-shape options (e.g., arms, thighs, and more)

Grow Your Army

To get stronger offspring, breed monsters with the females. You can do this in multiple locations, including brothel stations, standard breeding spots, and milking stations.

• Combine different female and monster races to create hybrids.
• Use extracted milk to boost the stats of your new monsters.
• Increase a female’s depravity value to unlock different animations and facial expressions.

Raid Locations

Raid sites can reward you with potions, materials, and new female characters. Send your army to raid, then make sure to collect the Unique Females available at different raid spots.

• Cave expansion through new rooms—like barracks, storage, and traps—built using raid loot. Upgrades unlock more advanced capabilities.
• Economy and needs management, including food and morale, where shortages can lead to internal conflict or present negotiation opportunities.

Disclaimer: There are known problems with the POV camera, and some blowjob animations may be misaligned with the mouth. The team apologizes for the inconvenience—building this update caused a lot of issues. A hotfix is planned in the coming days to address the known problems and any new ones.

• Added blowjob animations for every race and unique character except Rouke and female goblins. (Note: for now, only goblins work as male.)

• After selling a unique character, you can now re-search them by starting a new raid that will appear one day after you sell the character.

• Face animations were slightly reworked. They may not always work due to audio-related integration issues, which can cause unexpected loss of facial animations and voice lines.
• Fixed volume sliders in the Audio tab.



• Fixed a bug that prevented clothes from loading.
• Fixed a bug where facial animations could snap when changing.



• Fixed incorrect shapes that sometimes appeared in the character editor.
• Fixed an issue where you didn’t receive items after placing orders.
• Fixed pubic hair for nekos.
• Laab can now be milked.
• Fixed main menu audio loading level.
