Lost Times Introduction
Lost Times In Lost Times, act as gatekeeper of a hidden shelter in a post-apocalyptic world. Make high-stakes entry choices, balance factions, manage resources, and shape outcomes with 12+ endings.
Lost Times
Lost Times drops you into a grim, post-apocalyptic world where you take on the role of the shelter’s gatekeeper. Your job isn’t just to open the doors—it’s to decide who deserves entry. You’ll examine newcomers closely, weigh their background and intentions, and keep threats out so the people inside can keep living.
Strategy is at the core of the experience. You must manage relationships between the different shelter factions and handle limited supplies to preserve an uneasy peace. Lead the trusted followers who believe in you—and survive the chaos they can’t control.
Over 12 different endings are included, with outcomes tied to how you build relationships with shelter groups and how you respond to forces outside your walls.
Key Features
Dynamic Worldbuilding
The world is generated procedurally, so no two runs play the same. Each playthrough can introduce new situations such as:
- Supply shortages
- Faction invasions

Your shelter works as a strategic hub. It features upgradeable defenses and expandable areas that let you grow capacity, support survivors, and store more resources.
Hostile External Forces
Outside the shelter, danger comes in many forms—from disasters in the environment to mutated creatures. You’ll need defenses that can adapt, not just brute force.
Scavenging missions in high-risk zones can pay off with rare supplies, but they also demand strong judgment about when to push your luck and when to retreat.
Faction-Rivalry System
You’ll meet groups such as the pragmatic Engineers and the idealistic Healers, each driven by their own goals. Through trading, alliances, or even betrayals, you can shift the power balance and unlock special quests.
Gatekeeper Decision System
At the gate, you’ll judge applicants using traits like:
- Skills
- Health
- Loyalty
Letting people in can boost shelter productivity, but it also creates risks like infiltration and resource strain. Turning others away may lead to retaliation—or cause you to miss out on valuable opportunities.
Resource Management Loop
Survival depends on steady control of essentials such as:

- Food
- Medicine
- Ammunition
Resources are handled through a mix of crafting, trading, and rationing. Overloading supplies can attract raiders, while shortages can trigger unrest inside the shelter—so you’ll constantly need to adjust your plan.

Player Comments
- “Quarantine Zone but… porn. That was fast. The demo just came out a little while ago.”
- “The screenshots look promising. I like that they added a lot of minigame-style experiences. It also seems like they focus on shorter runs. Are the mechanics implemented well here? I’m curious what others think.”
- “The mutant rats take too many hits and don’t pay enough. It doesn’t feel worth choosing them over regular rats unless you use an autoclicker. You’ll always earn less money from mutant rats—make it worth the effort with better rewards or fun content (like Roxy). The release isn’t bad, but when talking with Alex it felt like you missed too much, and there weren’t enough hints on how to get the correct warnings. I’d update the relationship section ASAP to see whether there’s more content for the girls, or if that content is finished. Art is very nice, and the animations are great—especially where everything applies. Of all the gatekeeper-type games I’ve played, this is definitely the best one. Looking forward to more—keep up the good work.”
