Deeeep.io Introduction
Deeeep.io Start as a tiny fish in Deeeep.io and grow by eating smaller sea creatures. Use active and passive abilities to evolve faster, survive harsh habitats, and become the ocean’s top predator.
Deeeep.io
Deeeep.io is an underwater evolution game set in the deep sea. You start as a tiny fish and work your way up by consuming smaller creatures. Every time you eat, you grow larger and climb further through the food chain. Each animal comes with its own abilities, and learning when to use them helps you evolve faster—until you eventually dominate the ocean.

The developers plan to keep adding new deep-sea locations and more fish, so there’s always something fresh to hunt, evolve into, and master. Ready to go? Eat what’s in your way and claim your place as the ocean’s ruler.
How Deeeep.io Works
Animals are the core entities in the game:
- Animals can collide with each other, take knockback or damage, and have health points.
- Animals can deal damage and are also affected by status effects.
- Key stats differ by animal, including health points, damage, movement speed, boost bar count, size, and base effects such as: armor, armor penetration, bleed reduction, lifesteal, and damage reflection.

Abilities come in two types:
- Active abilities must be triggered using a charged boost or a normal boost (with special behavior depending on the ability). For example: Orca’s grab or Napoleon Wrasse’s dash.
- Passive abilities are rarer and typically stay active all the time. Examples include Manta-related animal buffs, or Cachalot’s increased speed in deeper areas.
Habitats matter:
- Different animals have different habitats.
- If an animal enters the wrong habitat, its status bars (which may be oxygen, pressure, salinity, or temperature depending on the creature and environment) slowly drain.
- Eventually, the animal will take damage and die if it doesn’t recover.
Survival basics:
- Animals can eat food to regenerate health and boost—both are important for staying alive.
- When threatened, an animal can hide. Some objects provide temporary cover for certain animals.
- Getting close to these props makes you become transparent and unable to be collided with, forcing the predator to leave and search for a new target.
Tips and Tricks
- Try to pin your opponent against a wall while making sure your piranhas wrap around them. This limits how many of your piranhas they can attack at once, so more of them stay effective for longer.
- Consider making allies. Piranhas often struggle when they’re facing multiple T10 enemies head-on, so third parties can be a big advantage.
- If you’re going to fight, look for a moment when your target is caught off guard—especially when they’re not expecting the attack. Also, attack only when they likely don’t have boost available.
- While chasing, aim your air boost almost parallel to the water. This helps spread your piranhas out, making it harder for the enemy to escape.
- Farming is usually a strong way to boost your score with piranhas, since you can spread them out to grab lots of food. This is especially helpful for air boosting in the FFA underground waterfall area.
- When you need to run, air boosting is the fastest escape option. It’s also possible to cross the non-swamp zone if you charge your boost to continually regenerate piranhas.
- If you’re up against anything with splash damage, don’t engage—run away. Be friendly, or simply disengage.

Final Thoughts
With Deeeep.io, you can step into the ocean and play as many different creatures, such as fish or sharks. Just remember: no matter what you choose, you’re still part of the ocean’s food chain. Stay alert and avoid being eaten. You can travel across oceans and even on land, but be careful around land threats like seagulls.
