• Arcade-style downhill racing

  You steer a skier racing down a mountainside, aiming to keep your run alive as long as possible. The character automatically moves downhill, so your job is all about timing jumps, reacting to the terrain, and avoiding anything that could knock you off balance. A major crash—or even a direct hit from a rock—can be the end of your escape as an avalanche closes in and cuts your run short.

  The gameplay is simple and direct: each attempt is a quick burst of action, then you’re back in immediately to try again for a smoother line, more currency, or a higher score.

• Tap controls with room to master timing

  Ski Safari 2 uses an easy control setup. A quick tap launches your skier into the air, while pressing and holding the screen triggers a spin. This keeps the game beginner-friendly, yet still rewards skill through timing-based tricks and more risky maneuvers.

  Spinning looks great in midair, but landing is where mistakes happen—judge it wrong and you’ll wipe out. Every run becomes a trade-off: play it safer to stay ahead of the avalanche, or go for flashy spins to keep things exciting.

  Ski Safari 2 adds a multiplayer mode that lets you compete with friends either on the same local Wi‑Fi network or via Bluetooth, using two different game modes.

  Mode 1: Players race to complete a set of challenges—whoever finishes five challenges first wins.

  Mode 2: Players must collect 200 rings to be the first to reach the goal.

  In multiplayer, each character comes with weapons and power-ups. You can also fight back by smashing crates to grab snowballs and pressure your opponents.

• Choose your journey: Sven or Evana

  Before you start skiing, you’ll select one of two brothers and sisters: Sven or Evana. They each bring their own personality to your adventure.

  Going with Sven feels like having a protective older brother—he helps shield you from dangers. Choosing Evana gives a more playful, cute vibe, but don’t let that fool you.

  You also pick a way to travel before the run begins, such as a standard snowboard or a modern snowmobile. Either choice leads to intense, memorable trips across the snowy lands.

• Slide down the lands and master tough moves

  To ski, you travel with your chosen character up the mountain first, then launch downhill from the top. Once you begin, you and your partner rush down at high speed—so be ready to take advantage of tricks as they come.

  One of the hardest skills to pull off is turning your skis 360 degrees. Because of that, you’ll want plenty of practice before you try it during real runs. If you stick with it, the skiing experience across the lands delivers a truly exciting ride.

Strategies

• Avoid flipping—no matter the direction

  If you send your vehicle off a ramp, cliff, or other platform and then hold the left or right side of your iPhone or iPad, your character may perform a front or back flip. While those moves can look cool, they’re also risky.

  Landings can feel unpredictable because it’s hard to judge where the ground will be in time. Unless you’re completely confident you’re safe on the way down, front or back flips can turn into a quick end to your run.

• Use your time in the air

  When you’re controlling Evana or Sven and they’re flying through the air, make the most of your hang time. That’s the ideal moment to attempt trick moves, and if you can pull off three tricks before you land, you’ll set yourself up for a strong payoff once you touch down.
