Story

Set a few years after the first game, Super Meat Boy Forever follows Meat Boy and Bandage Girl after the mad Doctor Fetus has been defeated. The two are finally together, raising their cheerful baby, Nugget. Life is peaceful and happy for the little family.

Then, one day while they’re preparing for a picnic, Fetus returns. He knocks Meat Boy and Bandage Girl unconscious and steals Nugget away.

When they wake up, the heroes waste no time. They immediately recognize the kidnapper and decide to go after their daughter. This won’t be a short trip—Meat Boy and Bandage Girl are determined to stop at nothing until Nugget is found, ready to deliver their own brand of justice to Dr. Fetus.
