Gameplay

Dan The Man is a side-scrolling platform action-adventure. You play as Dan as he battles the royal army. On the horizontal screen you’ll find 3 buttons: move forward, move backward, and jump. The fist icon acts as the attack control—tap it to perform Dan’s attack moves.

Use the on-screen buttons smartly to take out anyone in your way. And don’t forget to dodge—your health bar stays at the top of the screen so you’ll always know how you’re doing.

The campaign features 17 levels that gradually become tougher. There are 11 stages made by StudioJoho and 6 stages developed by Octopie. After completing certain sections of the battle, you’ll reach the SavePoint area. If you get defeated, you’ll respawn there rather than starting over from the beginning.

There are also 3 game modes: Adventure, Story, and Survival. Each mode brings its own challenges. Story mode focuses on exploring the plot, while the other two modes let you earn more resources—such as money and gems—to upgrade characters and purchase additional costumes.
