Gameplay

In Rent Please! Landlord Sim, you start as the child of a property mogul who leaves home to try your luck independently. After a few unlucky turns, you return to your father and agree to take over the landlord role. With an assistant by your side, your job is to improve the apartment rooms and their objects, along with shared facilities such as the gym and laundromat.

Your main objective is to grow a strong community by bringing in more tenants and providing better living spaces. You’ll build apartments, furnish them with furniture and appliances, and then recruit tenants. Tenants will also expect services from the facilities—so you’ll need to develop those areas too.

On top of that, tenants may occasionally ask for your advice. Depending on what you say, you might get rewards—or they might even leave.
