Car Dealer Simulator Introduction
Car Dealer Simulator Step into Car Dealer Simulator and run your own dealership. Score great deals, upgrade vehicles, and sell at a profit while managing finances, staff, and customer satisfaction.
Car Dealer Simulator

Car Dealer Simulator is a popular business-and-vehicle simulation where you run your own used car dealership. Your job is to hunt down used cars at the lowest possible prices, then repair, upgrade, and customize them before reselling at a higher cost. Doing well earns you profit, keeps customers happy, and helps you grow both your shop and your skills over time.
The game rewards strategic decision-making. You’ll need to manage your budget carefully—balancing dealership upgrades, hiring employees, and making smart purchases and modifications—so your cash flow stays healthy. If you enjoy simulation games, this one is worth checking out.
Key Features
Master the Marketplace
Explore the marketplace with a sharp eye for value. Smart buying isn’t only about finding the cheapest car—it’s about picking the best combination of price, condition, and current demand.
By watching trends in what’s popular and what features shoppers are actively looking for, you gain an advantage. As you study market information, you’ll get better at spotting vehicles that can generate profit versus those that will drain your resources.
Grow Your Reputation
As your dealership expands, your standing in the community grows too. Word of mouth is a strong marketing tool, and good customer relationships can bring repeat sales and dependable referrals.
Every satisfied buyer can also offer clues about what future customers want. Pay attention to their feedback, handle concerns, and show genuine care—this helps build a loyal customer base and strengthens your presence in the local auto scene.
Learn and Improve
Each car you purchase and each repair you complete helps you progress in-game. You’ll develop new skills by facing different automotive challenges, including diagnosing problems, finding affordable parts, and refining your repair methods.

With more experience, you’ll be able to handle higher-end vehicles with more complicated systems—showing a clear path from beginner dealer to seasoned professional.

Invest in Upgrades
As your money grows, you can upgrade how your dealership operates. Better tools and equipment can streamline repairs, reduce turnaround time, and improve customer satisfaction.
You can also expand your showroom space to store more inventory, turning your early start into a larger automotive operation. Strategic upgrades can give you the edge you need for higher-volume sales and long-term growth.

Player Comments

- I think the game is designed really well. The property upgrade process feels fresh to me, and it’s impressive how much things change as you level up.
- I’ve been playing for a while—it's extremely addictive. Currently I have 72.7 hours. I’ve already maxed out most things, and I’m still working on trophies (I only have 1 so far).
- When I look through cars, I check options like sorting by price. I also prefer showing only cars that need work that I can realistically handle. Early on, it can be challenging—I even stayed up in-game working on cars at the beginning.
- Once dawn arrived, I waited for a good time of day (sunlight can affect the pictures of vehicles), took photos, posted the ad, reopened the business, and then waited for customers.
- When buyers start arriving, you can sometimes influence negotiations with items like treats (e.g., cigarettes or gum), but it only helps during the final bargaining round. It doesn’t always work for me, but it’s still useful—and at this point I don’t always need it.
