After a certain lion beastman from beyond the border was appointed by the Mafia Management Committee, things shifted. He convinced the Fathers with an argument that went beyond brute force—claiming sexual domination could prevent population decline and labor shortages while offering a more “fitting” method of control for the syndicate’s power structure.

So in District 72, under the Committee’s rule, violence between mafia members was banned and closely monitored. Even the cocky young enforcers tied to bank-affiliated gangs had to fall in line.

This story takes place before Hypno-Milking Stud Valence became… well, what he is right now. For now, he’s simply Valence the debt collector, doing his job.
