We’ve released a new update for Knightly Passions: version 0.65!

Below is a full summary of the changes, improvements, and additions included in this update:

Main Quest Update

• The main story has entered a new chapter. This update is focused on continuing the main quest rather than adding new side quests.
• To jump straight into the new content, use New Game+ and skip all quests. After you arrive in town, open the Quest Log to see what remains.

New 18+ Content

• Two new 18+ locations have been added, including Arachne.

Treasure Hunt Additions

• Five new treasure chests have been added (bringing the total to eight).
• The chests are not marked—just click on them when you find them.
• Quick tips (spoiler alert):
  • The first chest is on the dock next to the fisherman’s house.
  • The second chest is on the grass near the cave entrance.
  • The third chest is by the lake, buried under the sand.
• Finding a chest is only part of it—you also have to unlock it.
• A puzzle has been added for nearly every chest.
• Only one hidden chest can exist per location.

Mini-Games and Notifications

• Added two new mini-games related to treasure chests.
• Introduced a new notification system (beta):
  • Notifications appear when your journal updates.
  • Notifications also appear when you gift or receive items or gold.

Controls and Quality-of-Life Improvements

• You can now equip any equipment item by double-clicking it.
• On PC, you can now close your inventory and journal by pressing ESC (in addition to the previous method).
• On PC, you can use the spacebar to fish in the fishing mini-game.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the crossover between the main quest and Quest 15 could cause the Elf Mother to die before you could talk to her.



• Fixed multiple bugs in the combat system.
• Fixed many other bugs, though some new ones may have been introduced.
