Gameplay

1) Routine checkups
Start by performing regular examinations to learn what body changes each patient wants. Every client has a distinct personality, making each session feel different and memorable.

2) Begin treatment
After your first exam, you move into the treatment phase. Each tap you make slowly builds progress and helps your patient reach her goal look.

3) Earn money and unlock content
You’ll also earn money through tapping. Use it to unlock special scenes and new patients, including secret patients with unusual requests.

4) How clinic payments work
Clinic payouts are handled differently here: you only receive your earnings after your patient’s treatment is completed 100%. Still, the effort pays off.

5) Random events and mysteries
Sometimes something feels off. If you keep making the right calls, you may uncover what’s really going on behind the scenes.
