• For a text-based lewd game, this impressed me with how polished it feels. It’s not for everyone, but I had a lot of fun. The lewd images really help it stand out from similar titles. If you’ve wanted to try a text-based lewd game but worried it would be dull, Succubus Stories might be the one to try.

• The sex system felt too repetitive to me, and I didn’t find it very enjoyable. Still, the engine seems decent. It reminds me a bit of Twine, and I appreciate quality-of-life options like resizing text and having a dark mode. I also liked the ability to adjust how harsh the economy is. I enjoyed making potions, selling them, and generally exploring the loop. The premise overall is solid.

• On the other hand, I didn’t notice meaningful differences when picking one sex act over another (besides the text). Sometimes a meter would move more, but it seemed random rather than reflecting an NPC’s preferences or making each turn feel distinct. It could be clearer that new potions come from experimenting—right now it feels like you discover them by randomly making things you don’t need. I also felt like you get too little “sperm” from people, so I ended up making “moist potions” mostly because they only require water. A pee counter (or similar tracking) could help. Also, I didn’t choose a specific name like “Paige,” yet it appeared sometimes.
