Where can new files be saved?

• If you sign in with a work or school account, your files are saved to OneDrive for Business in the Documents folder.



• If you sign in with a personal Microsoft account (for example, an outlook.com email), your files are saved to your personal OneDrive in the Documents folder. Scanned Text is saved to your device but can be shared.
• When you work with PDF files in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app for Android, you’ll be asked to choose a save location.
