“Without Circuit, there would've been absolutely NO way I could've done well at Fedex.” I started in October 2024 and have used it ever since. I love the ability to enter arrival times and deadlines for delivering packages. It’s especially helpful when you have 20+ packages due by 10:30am, 12:00pm, and similar times. I don’t use every feature because I’m always moving, but it’s still very easy to use when you first download it. Also, a subscription is a must if you handle 50+ stops per day.

Feature requests:

• A way to change the voice of the GPS navigator
• An analytics overview that logs courier history and shows a visual graph of performance and frequently delivered locations
• Internal navigation updates that verbally announce things like speed checks and hazards (similar to Apple Maps)
• A ranked/leveling system where couriers can compete, earn rewards, and unlock milestones (for fun)

Another review: I like how it puts all your stops on one map, which makes route planning much more efficient. I also enjoy being able to manually change the stop order. Plus, you can switch which navigation app you use—whether it’s in-app navigation, Google Maps, Waze, etc. The in-app navigation makes it easier.
