Currently, the prices on the app are expensive, even though there is no middleman likeOla and Uber. l also don't understand why there is an option for drivers to charge extramoney. In my opinion, customers should pay based on the distance covered, not thetime. Yes choosing auto over any other transport has always been a pain but this app hasmade it so much more worse. l have used this app for the past three months and haveused it for more than 100 rides , the fare is 76 INR for 4.4 KM but the drivers wait aroundfor a tip of atleast 30lNR , even if they do choose a base price they cancel and waitaround . There is no lack of autos . Drivers are also being harassed by the app people topay some third party as well. On one of the rides , a thug got into the auto and asked himto pay up front while l was in the auto. This app should be uninstalled since it's thisdangerous . lt's a app run by thugs who just want to fuel the qreed . From past one weekdue the rains , drivers are not even choosing the rides . App just asks you to tip thedriver.

I was in Chennai and this is the first time l'm using this app, l have experienced theseissues: 1. The map is incorrect as it is not showing my current location not even for 20-30m. lt was more than that.2. l tried booking a ride from A to B, and since the map wasincorrect, l noticed the first auto driver crossing me but he neither called nor waited inthe location. He just cancelled and left.2. l booked the second auto, this time l went andstood where the location was showing during my first ride, this time again the drivercrossed, neither called nor waited, l had cancelled ( lsuspect the auto number wasmismatch, as l was looking for the autos crossing me with the number given in the appbut as the auto crossed, it was shorn in the map but the number was not matching)3.lbooked the third auto, this time l called him and informed my exact location but he saidhe will come according to location, he had not even came close to the pavement but justcrossed me again and took a big circle to the place where l'm standing and only after 9-10 mins, he came and called. lf this is a regular issue, then you'll not sustain. Finally hedropped me, the auto numbers were a mismatch btw, l had to pay additional<10 for thewaiting too.
