KINGs RAID is a popular role-playing game that sends you on exciting adventures across the continent of Orbis with a squad of companions. Recruit heroes from different classes, assemble an eight-person team, and battle a variety of enemies to earn valuable loot and gear. Use your rewards to strengthen the characters you love and push your combat power even higher.

Every hero in the game can be obtained for free, and you can also use an auto-battle mode to save time and effort. If you enjoy competition, the game includes plenty of events—such as arena battles where you can test your skills against players worldwide—while earning honor and rewarding prizes.

Gameplay Overview

Set in Orbis, a world of swords and magic, the story kicks off in the first season as you follow Kasel, a knight-in-training searching for the truth behind his brother’s disappearance. Along the way, you’ll meet familiar allies and new faces including Frey (a priest and Kasel’s childhood friend), Cleo (a magician), and Roi (her bodyguard), plus many other heroes you can play.

Story Progression

A major turning point arrives in Chapter 9, ending on a cliffhanger. Chapter 10 is split into two parts:

• Part 1: continues directly from the events at the end of Chapter 9, gradually building toward another breakthrough.



• Part 2 (Chapter X: The Final): escalates into an intense showdown between a new ally and a threat that has been quietly growing in the shadows.

Once the danger is resolved, the two main characters begin a fresh journey—seeking peace after the hardships they faced around Orvel.

In the second season, players explore events tied to the Vespian Empire, introduced during Season 1, along with prologue stories included in the new King’s Raid: Reload update.

Heroes and Team Building

You can recruit playable characters called heroes through in-app purchases, hero tickets, gifting NPC heroes, or building friendship at the inn. Heroes fall into 7 classes: knights, warriors, assassins, archers, mechanics, wizards, and priests.

They also use 2 attack types—physical and magical—and start with initial grades that can be improved through awakening.

Build your party with 4 heroes so you can cover the front, mid, and/or back lines depending on the mode. In some experiences like world boss raids, you can bring an 8-character party—though 4 of them are controlled automatically.

Useful Tips

• When you begin the game, you’ll receive a starter team. Many players (about 99%) assume those heroes are weak right away and should be replaced—but that’s not always true. They can still perform well in their own niche.
• Roi stands out as the exception: he tends to shine most in endgame.
• Cleo may feel average early on, but she becomes especially strong during longer fights after she gets her UW.
• Frey and Clause / Kasel are extremely strong in endgame and are unlikely to be a resource waste even if you already have other tanks or healers.

Based on this, it’s often best to replace Roi first—and possibly Cleo—until you obtain their UW. That strategy typically leaves you with 2 open slots. From there, a common approach is running Frey + Clause or Frey + Kasel for those remaining slots.

Team builds can vary a lot, but one setup is widely tested as the most efficient:

• Tank
• Healer
• Main DPS (often your highest damage dealer)
• Sub DPS (commonly focused on CC)

This composition tends to deliver strong value from each role, letting you farm efficiently while keeping fights under control.

Those two remaining slots are often filled using 2★ and 3★ selectors. If you’re deciding what to spend first, it’s generally smarter to check which Unique Weapon ticket you can get before using your 2★ selector—so waiting about a day can help you plan better.
