Why don’t I see my OKTA login screen?

This usually happens when your device blocks or disables cookies in the browser you’re using.

To enable cookies on iOS:

• Open Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Safari.
• Tap Advanced.
• Make sure Block All Cookies is turned off.

If you’re on Android:

• Open Chrome, then tap the 3-dot menu in the top-right.



• Tap Settings, then scroll to the Advanced section.
• Select Site settings, then scroll to Content.
• Tap Third-party cookies and ensure Block third-party cookies is not enabled.

After making these changes, try logging in again—OKTA should work as expected.

Is the app compatible with a screen reader?

Can Monash College students use the app?

No—unless you’re enrolled in Monash University courses. At the moment, the app is intended only for current Monash University students (with the exception of Monash Indonesia students).

Can Monash staff use the app?

No. The app is for current Monash University students only.

Can external users with Monash guest accounts use the app?

No. The Monash Study App is available only to current Monash University students. Guest accounts (for example, ext-username@monash.edu) are not supported at this time.
