Before you begin, decide what you need the document for—invoice types can vary depending on your purpose. To start, tap the Create Invoice button on the main screen, then fill in the essential details such as:

• Payment date/time and payment location (point)
• Customer name
• Amount due
• Item names and other line details

Invoice creation inside the app is completely free and helps reduce manual work, making it easy even if you’re new. The templates support a wide range of industries. You can also send invoice files directly from your phone to clients or print them on paper for added transparency.

Use and print anywhere

With Invoice Maker, you can print invoices at any time using the available templates. Since invoices must display your company’s required information and rules, you may need to review your internal requirements before printing. You can also enhance your documents by adding a company logo and a signature for a more complete look.
