Why can’t I cast sound to the TV?

Due to Android security restrictions, audio can’t be sent to the TV at this time—only the video/picture can be delivered. As a workaround, you can connect an external speaker to your phone to play the sound.

How do I cast online videos to the TV?

• Open FastCast TV.
• Confirm the TV device name shown in the app.
• Make sure your phone and TV are on the same network.
• Select the matching TV from the device list, then tap the TV icon on the video playback screen to begin casting.

Why can’t I find my TV?

• A. Verify that your phone and your TV are connected to the same network.
• B. Reboot your phone and TV (and your network/router if needed), then reconnect both devices to the same network.

Why does the projection freeze or disconnect often?

• A. Check whether your phone or TV is running slowly. Close unnecessary apps and ensure enough free performance/storage space.
• B. Place the router closer to the TV, and avoid keeping your phone too far away during casting.
