The Legacy of Hedonia: Forbidden Paradise

In The Legacy of Hedonia: Forbidden Paradise, you play as a Mage who, after an accident, ends up trapped inside a strange “prison of desire.” Through this uncanny world, you’ll explore, meet a variety of monsters, and use your combat skills to defeat them—while also facing your characters’ innermost wants and fears.

If you fail, you’ll see a defeat cutscene, which then unlocks the matching H-scenes.

The game is updated on a monthly schedule, with new story chapters and fresh gameplay systems arriving regularly. Stay tuned!

Player Feedback

• The game features beautiful 2D art and a fun gameplay loop. Optional difficulty options let you adjust challenge up or down to your preference.
• The core gameplay is solid and includes puzzle elements. The world feels reminiscent of 2D Zelda-style exploration, with moving enemies, interactable points, and hidden routes that open new paths.
• You can unlock different outfits for the main character, and special outfits can grant special skills.
• Events and special zones introduce new gameplay elements, and many events offer choices that lead to different outcomes. Many events can also be replayed after completion to try alternate routes.
• At the moment, most of the lewd visuals are tied to character portrait variations. Combined with a corruption system, you can undress each clothing item individually. Sometimes exposure state (for example, whether certain body parts are “visible”) can affect NPCs and the world—though this effect is limited in the current patch.
• Some CG events are also included. Note that a lot of the lewd content is off the main path, and the game strongly rewards exploration to reach every corner of the map.
• After playing through 0.7.2 alpha (public release), the reviewer felt the game is in a great place and appears to be developing steadily.
