Battle a variety of enemies—and even rival players worldwide—by strategically using your pets’ skills to win fights and collect valuable rewards to keep your squad growing.

• Capture dinosaurs and build your attack party:

  To handle the constant waves of monsters targeting your village, capture a few dinosaurs and arrange them in your preferred battle formation. You can field up to four dinosaurs at once, and they will automatically fight every enemy that comes to the village. For best results, focus on dinosaurs with strong overall stats and level them up whenever possible.

• Upgrade and evolve your dinosaurs:

  Dinosaurs in StoneAge work in a similar style to Pokémon: capture them to add them to your clan, use them in battles, and improve their power over time. • Follow missions and quests:

  The Missions and Quests in StoneAge: Idle Adventure are packed with variety and carry you through Tectonika. Like many idle RPGs, your progress typically depends on completing the tasks assigned to you. Prioritize finishing these objectives, especially because they reward you with useful resources.

  

  Completing more missions also improves what you can access. For example, to unlock a new trainer, you may need to reach complete level 4-2. Finishing this kind of requirement can significantly boost your overall strength.

  

• Keep leveling up your Hero and pets:

  Because StoneAge is an idle game, battles run automatically—but you still need to manage your character’s growth, including stats and gear. The more you upgrade your Hero and Pets, the stronger they become as you move through the game.

  To upgrade, open the Characters section at the bottom-left of the screen. From there, you can upgrade pets and heroes easily. There’s also a “Power Up” tab that can greatly improve your heroes’ defense, health, and offensive stats.

  

• Capture dinosaurs to unlock rare equipment and items:

  One of the easiest ways to improve your heroes’ equipment is by capturing dinosaurs. The Capture tab provides a steady stream of resources and equipment when you catch wild dinosaurs. Captured creatures are stored in a mini-bag, and then exchanged for high-rarity equipment and items that are crucial for strengthening your hero.

  The Capture button is located at the bottom of the screen, directly above the menu tabs. You can manually capture dinosaurs from there. After you clear a level in Chapter 3, you’ll unlock Auto-capture, which makes grabbing wild dinosaurs much easier. You can also collect bonus rewards for capturing lots of dinosaurs during “The Great Hunt” event (available in the game at the time of play).

  

• Summon for higher-rarity pets to push further:

  Your heroes adventure focuses heavily on both your hero and their dinosaur companions. Since you’ll be upgrading over time, it’s smart to keep summoning for higher-rarity pets. In particular, SS and SS+ pets are especially valuable for strengthening your team.
