1) Aim for Headshots When It’s Worth It

Headshots are a big part of FPS fun because they feel more satisfying than body-shot kills—and they also look great on screen. In Pure Sniper, they’re not just flashy: headshots can pay off.

You can earn $25 extra for each headshot, with up to 10 headshots per mission eligible for this bonus. The game also includes occasional random moments where a x2 cash multiplier is available for your reward in exchange for watching an ad. If you train yourself to go for headshots consistently, you’ll be better positioned to take advantage when that multiplier appears.

That said, don’t chase headshots blindly. Headshots require a little more time and precision than simply shooting the larger body area. Even so, Pure Sniper can still confirm a kill if you hit a limb (like an arm or leg) as long as your weapon’s damage is high enough. Learn when to play it safer—and when you have the “extra time” needed to line up a headshot accurately.

2) Read the Mission Brief Before You Start

Before launching a mission, read the short brief carefully. If it doesn’t mention multiple targets, you likely only need to deal with one enemy—then you can position your crosshair and plan your shot. If the target is standing still or moving slowly, that’s usually the best chance to aim for the head.

If the brief indicates more than one target (or uses plural wording), then you should think ahead about:

• How far apart the targets are
• How long it will take you to shift your aim between them

If switching targets won’t take long, you can continue your headshot-focused approach. If targets are moving, a waiting-style method can help: study your target’s movement pattern before taking the shot.

To do this, look at where the enemy is going. Consider an imaginary Point A (where the target is right now) and Point B (where they appear to be headed). From that, you can judge direction and timing more accurately.

3) Watch Out for Erratic Movement Patterns

Some missions feature targets that don’t move in straight, predictable lines—making it harder to aim based only on simple tracking. In these cases, expect unusual movement.

For example, in a Zone 2 Boss mission, the target behaves like a parkour athlete. Instead of simply running on flat ground, they may climb, jump, and vault, which can throw off your timing.

The best approach is straightforward: wait for the target to enter a wide, open area where your aim has a clearer line and you can line up your shot with less distraction.
