Idle Miner Tycoon

Idle Miner Tycoon is an idle simulation game where you take on the role of a gold prospector. Your goal is to earn money, hire additional miners and managers, and steadily improve mining efficiency until you build your own mining empire.

The game includes many unlockable regions, each packed with distinct mines and ore types to discover. As you manage these mines, your income grows even faster. Want to play at your own pace? The game offers offline auto-play, so your staff can keep earning money even when you’re not actively in the game—making progression feel much more relaxed.

How Gameplay Works

1) Start with the Coal Mine
At the beginning, you’ll operate a brand-new Coal Mine located on the Start Continent. To get things moving, tap on the miners to trigger their work and earn Cash.

2) Hire managers to automate
After you accumulate some Cash, you can hire managers to automate the workflow. Place managers in key locations such as the mineshafts, the elevator, and the warehouse. Once they’re set up, you’ll earn Idle Cash even while the game is closed.

3) Expand and upgrade
Next, open additional mineshafts and level them up. You’ll also want to upgrade your elevator and warehouse. If you run into obstacles, you must remove them before expanding again—using time and patience, watching ads, or spending Super Cash.

4) Open the Gold Mine
As your Cash increases, you’ll eventually unlock the second mine on the Start Continent: the Gold Mine. The process is the same as with Coal—tap miners, earn Cash, hire managers, and keep leveling up to raise your earnings.

Main Continents and Available Mines

After the first two mines, you can open many more across the Main Continents. Each continent currently has 5 mines. Here are the regions and their ores:

• Start Continent (Grass): Coal, Gold, Ruby, Diamond, Emerald
• Ice Continent: Moonstone, Amethyst, Crystal, Jade, Sapphire
• Fire Continent: Amber, Topaz, Sunstone, Platinum, Obsidian
• Dawn Continent: Heliodor, Realgar, Alexandrite, Celestine, Titanite
• Dusk Continent: Fluorite, Quartz, Aragonite, Beryl, Calcite
• Ancient Continent: Aquamarine, Ammolite, Azurite, Pearl, Turquoise
• Lost Desert Continent: Crysoberyl, Labradorite, Aventurine, Jasper, Carnelian
• Underwater Continent: Nautilus, Atlantic, Bermuda, Siren, Abyss

Ways to Earn Even More Cash

While managing your mines, you can boost your income using Instant Cash tokens or boost tokens. You can also purchase permanent upgrades in the in-game shop—such as permanent 2x Cash.

Strategy Tips

• Upgrade Super Managers and stack their bonuses.
  Try combining effects for bigger income multipliers. Example target milestones: Commons to Level 40 (total 14M Blue Gems), Rares to Level 30 (total 8M Blue Gems), and Epics to Level 20 (total 13M Blue Gems).
  Example: Mr. Turner (Level 30) and Ranger Sue (Level 30) each provide a 1.24x multiplier to the income of the whole mine. When stacked, the multiplier becomes 1.54x (calculated as 1.24 × 1.24 = 1.5376).
• Use collectibles that match your focus.
  If you’re working on the Start, Ice, Fire, or Dawn continents, consider switching to epic collectibles that are specific to the continent you’re playing. For the Dusk, Ancient, and Underwater continents (including Mainland, Event Mine, and Impossible Island), you’ll generally need Legendary collectibles.
• Spend Super Cash wisely in legendary chests.
  It’s also recommended to level those chests up to 3/3/3: Level 3 for the Elevator, Warehouse, and Mine Shafts.
• Boost with friends.
  Having 20 friends gives a 2x multiplier across all mines, and it can also speed up Expeditions. If you’re unsure where to find friends, the Idle Miner Tycoon Reddit is suggested.
• Keep Mainland mines running regularly.
  They can take time, but they’re key for obtaining Super Managers, which become important for progression—especially early on. Super Managers are stronger than regular Managers, often used specifically for strategies, and they also provide passive effects.



• Always use Super Managers and Managers.
  Their abilities are powerful—don’t hesitate to use their special effects when you can.
• Upgrade with cost-reduction managers when possible.
  You can make your spending more efficient by using Managers/Super Managers that reduce costs. In particular, three cost-reduction Super Managers—Mr. Goodman (Warehouse), Mrs. Goodman (Elevator), and Goodman Jr. (Mine Shaft)—can help make prices at least 88.5% cheaper.
