• “Pretty addictive.” I played nonstop for almost 48 hours. Early on, it’s easy to move up levels and you quickly learn what tasks matter most. Later, winning becomes harder, and your navigation during gameplay can make the difference between victory and defeat. Ads pop up about every 5 minutes, but they also provide gifts—so buying is optional.

  

• “Update issue—offline and coins problem.” After updating, the game wouldn’t open offline unless I turned on my data. When I did, I found that more than 142,000 saved coins were gone. With data turned off, the game won’t open at all. Is the updated game designed to be online-only now?

• “Cute and fun—great for casual play.” I had a lot of fun and completed 30 levels. It’s simple but detailed, gets faster over time, and becomes more challenging. You can decorate the hospital as you progress. The little nurse is cheerful, works hard, and moves faster with roller skates. Graphics are nice and the gameplay is enjoyable.

• “Resource management with plenty of upgrades.” The art style is unique and fun. You can decorate your hospital and upgrade using coins earned from levels. Extra coins and additional level attempts can be gained by watching ads. Some upgrades are available with gems from achievements or through the shop. Overall, it’s a fun game with minimal ad interruptions.
