Update Log

v0.1.91 – Bug Fixes

Important note: a small transition issue between the end of Act 1 and Act 2 wasn’t fixed before version 0.4, which led to save-file problems. An urgent update has been released to address it. If anyone already saved their game, the developer apologizes.

The following issues have been resolved:

• Prologue dialogue: fixed Jennifer’s lines so the dialogue flow now continues correctly.
• Andre and the hotel room: the method for getting Andre back to the hotel room now works (confirmed during testing).
• Gym option unlock: playing as Jack in the gym now properly enables the “Gym” option for the “School Trouble” quest.
• Charm spell display: the Charm spell no longer shows “Undefined” (as mentioned by the professor). It now displays “N/A”.
• PE class scene order: during PE class, Dennis no longer jumps straight to Emily’s scene afterward like before.



• Dog tag interaction: with the dog tag, you can now lure Jack outside the school.
• Repeated phrase: the line “Tell him you’re no longer in contact with the talent scout” will no longer repeat.
• After-School Club invitation: if you complete the “Business Research” task (noting it requires reaching stage two), you can now be invited to the After-School Business Research Club.

Final Thoughts

The dialogue system has been completely redesigned to prevent dialogue from repeating. It also removes dialogue choices that you’ve already selected. Some dialogue lines are still kept if they may be required for other options, and a few improvements are currently still being tested.
