Story of CATMORPHOSIS

You play as Johann, a pretty standard “go-with-the-flow” protagonist in a rough spot emotionally. His girlfriend, Wendy, has recently broken up with him, leaving him stuck in heartache—though he also has the occasional awkward (and not exactly innocent) run-in with coworkers.

One night, Johann sees a popup ad for a cat and decides to order one online. The ad leads him to an unfamiliar website that sells cats. At first, it seems merely strange… until the page starts presenting its cats like they’re something out of a demon story.

Johann still goes through with the purchase.

But when the cat finally arrives a few days later, it’s not a normal cat. Something about it is off in every possible way—and the more you interact, the more the mystery deepens.
