Each match in Quetzal is a 1v1 duel. Two players start with five cards drawn from their collection. You won’t see your opponent’s hand in advance—just like they won’t see yours. Cards are revealed only when they’re played on the table.

You’ll need to guess and calculate which cards your opponent may use to counter you, then commit by revealing your own card. Once both cards are face-up, the game automatically compares them using their card stats:

• If your card’s stats are lower than your opponent’s, it gets attacked.
• The attack’s power is based on the stat values printed on the card.



• Different cards have different attack behavior and damage effects, so plan your plays carefully to avoid taking heavy hits.

Health system: Each player has 15 HP. If your HP reaches zero, you lose and must replay the level.
