Fantasy Manager Introduction
Fantasy Manager Fantasy Manager is a fantasy business simulation where you manage multiple ventures, recruit colorful characters, and build your empire using charm, money, and strategic upgrades—plus optional SFW play.
Fantasy Manager

Fantasy Manager is an adult-focused business management simulation with striking visuals and a distinctive twist on gameplay. The game includes a large amount of male-oriented content, aiming to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience. In Fantasy Manager, you can take control of your own business(s), recruit characters, and enjoy a range of alluring CG scenes. As you progress, you’ll need to hire new people, build meaningful connections using charm and money, and gradually grow into your own business empire.
Story
Fantasy Manager puts you in charge of multiple businesses in a fantasy world. You recruit a cast of memorable characters and expand your empire through charm, spending, and—when necessary—questionable decisions.
You begin from the bottom: a run-down building, a small pile of coins, and big ambition. From there, you hire workers—each with their own skills, habits, and baggage. Some will become your top performers, while others may cause serious trouble (sometimes even in literal, explosive ways). You’ll upgrade locations, manage resources, and handle whatever chaos the day brings: random encounters, tough choices, and consequences that can linger.
The standout idea is how customizable the game feels. Want to add a character you like? You can drop images into a folder and edit a simple file. New items, buildings, events, and story elements are supported. For basic mods, you don’t need to code—this game was designed to be a flexible canvas.
And as a reminder that “eye candy” shouldn’t be one-sided, the game also offers content for different tastes. There’s even a complete SFW mode if you’d rather focus purely on running a fantasy business without the extra content.

Features
More than 15 years ago, the creator spent a lot of time playing Whoremaster. Not because it was polished—it wasn’t—but because of the excitement of discovering new characters. Every shared folder felt like opening a gacha pull: “Oh, someone made Aeris… and she has 200 images!” In that community, the game itself was almost secondary compared to the content people built for it. Fantasy Manager is meant to capture that same feeling: the fun of modding, the surprise of new characters, and the satisfaction of creating something that’s truly yours—supported by a solid foundation.
The project also includes a small questline and multiple ways to expand it. This is not presented as a perfect copy of Whoremaster—more like something adjacent, with a few areas improved and others changed.
Ultimately, the goal is simple: make something people can enjoy, while also letting the creator play an updated version themselves. If you end up liking it, great—if not, the creator will still be playing on their own.
Changelog
- Improved the Whoremaster to Fantasy Manager worker / girlsx conversion script. The devkit appears to work only on Windows.
- For earlier versions, check the Devlogs on Itch.io.
Current State
- The main quest is mostly complete.
- Default male and female workers are usable for most situations.
- Some text may still be placeholder-style (this was also true for the predecessor, and it’s being worked on).
- Testing is ongoing, but for now it’s mainly handled by the creator and a small group of close collaborators. More QA would likely help the game.
- The devkit works based on current experience—the creator has been able to complete multiple successful “runs.”
- Cheat items and testing objects are still included in the current build.
