During gameplay, you can switch weapons freely—so long as you keep control of the fight. To change armaments, press the button for the weapon you want, fire, then move to another weapon button as needed. After each switch, aim and attack.

Using two (or more) sequential weapons lets you attack in different ways and fully trigger the chain effect. For example, if you fire a missile at an enemy base, it needs flight time before impact and explosion. While the missile is traveling, you can continue shooting heavy volleys at moving targets near the base. This 2-in-1 impact can accelerate your progress significantly.
