Strategies & Tips

Learn to Reduce Recoil

Recoil happens when the gun responds to the energy released from the barrel and muzzle. It mainly disrupts your aim—especially with submachine guns.

• Try firing single shots instead of holding the trigger.
• Alternatively, learn the weapon’s recoil behavior and aim slightly in the opposite direction to keep your crosshair on target.

Practice with your favorite weapon and watch how recoil changes your aim. For instance, the AK-47 kicks more than many other guns: it pushes your aim upward and keeps it there until you stop firing. To avoid missing, aim slightly downward while shooting and let the clustered shot pattern form.

If you play Alpha Ace using LDPlayer, there’s a helpful workaround: enable “simulate Multiple taps” so you can fire a single shot, similar to tapping a trigger—almost like shooting a machine gun in controlled bursts.
