Story

• Added more than 50 new injury effects, including anal/vaginal fissures, bite wounds, bruises, whip wounds, scratches, and strains.
• Injuries create lasting pain and exhaustion effects that can take days to heal.
• Higher vigor reduces injury likelihood. At 100% vigor, injuries are 50% less likely.
• Many sex actions now also increase vigor.
• Higher difficulty increases injury chance.
• Violent scenes can result in injuries.
• Anal sex can cause anal injuries, especially if it is non-consensual.
• Vaginal sex can cause vaginal injuries, especially if it is non-consensual.
• Vaginal and anal injury chance scales with the partner’s penis size.
