About the Creator

Hi, I’m SodiumAndInk, the sole developer behind this game. Before you step into Vesper City, I want to be upfront and transparent about how this project was made.

Use of AI Technology

Given my limited resources as a solo creator, I used AI tools to help deliver the best experience I could.

• Music: all background music is generated with AI, letting me create original, atmospheric tracks for each scene.
• Animations / CG: the sex animations and certain dynamic CG elements are supported by AI tools, helping me create more expressive intimate scenes while working alone.

My aim is to use every available tool to build the most immersive experience possible. At the same time, please note that the writing, character design, core art renders, and story direction are all created by me.

About Content and NTR

Neon Vice is set in a dark environment where morals are unclear and relationships can get complicated. Because of that, you will run into explicit scenes where characters who may be romantically connected to the protagonist become involved with someone else.

This isn’t “NTR” in the strict, classic sense, since early on the protagonist Adrian isn’t in an exclusive relationship with anyone. However, the game still contains explicit content involving characters you might develop feelings for with other people.

This is my first attempt at building an adult visual novel. As a true solo developer, I handle everything myself: writing, design, programming, and marketing.

I’m aware that Chapter 1 has limitations in quality due to my experience and budget. Renders could be sharper, animations smoother, and branching more complex. I see plenty of room to improve, and I have many ideas I’m eager to bring to life.
