Kashou Minaduki (水無月 嘉祥, Minazuki Kashou)

Kashou is the protagonist featured in most visual novel entries of the series. From a family with a long tradition of chefs, he chooses to leave home and open his own pâtisserie, even though his parents had different plans. Later revelations show that Kashou studied abroad in France, where he learned Western-style techniques and devoted his baking talent to that direction. He names his shop La Soleil, honoring his mentor’s own pastry business.

Shigure Minaduki (水無月 時雨, Minazuki Shigure)
