Do I need to save the new settings somewhere else after using Signia Assistant?

No. Any changes made by the Assistant are automatically applied to the Universal Program. That means you benefit from the updates without needing to manually pick a specific program each time you’re in a similar situation.

If I’m streaming, can I ask the Assistant to change my current (streaming) settings?

No. The Assistant will only apply changes to the Universal Program.

What if I change my mind after applying new settings?

The app includes a reset option you can use at any time. Note: resetting restores the settings back to the original fitting done by your HCP (hearing care professional). For more details, check the Signia Assistant Flyer available to download on this page.

I can’t see Signia Assistant in the app—why?

Signia Assistant may not appear for a few reasons:

• Your Xperience hearing aid with Bluetooth isn’t paired with the app.
• Signia Assistant isn’t available in your country (contact your HCP to confirm support).



• Your hearing aids were fitted before Signia Assistant was released—if so, contact your HCP to enable it.

Can I make changes with Signia Assistant if my phone isn’t connected to the internet?

No. The processing power and neural network are handled online, and there isn’t an offline alternative. This also helps ensure the knowledge used by the Assistant stays up to date.
