Leo's Fortune is a well-loved action-adventure platformer where you guide Leo on a quest to recover his stolen coins. Follow the trail, pass through tough areas, and work your way toward the treasure thief. The journey is split into five chapters and 24 levels, with difficulty ramping up as you go.

Across the world, each zone brings fresh visuals—everything from forests to snowy mountain peaks. You'll face obstacles and traps that test how well you control Leo. Along the way, the game also has a friendly community where players trade stories, share both victories and failures, and pick up new strategies and inspiration.

Gameplay Overview

This game is a 2D platformer. You move Leo through the levels, using sliding-style movement to get around challenges. Leo can also inflate and deflate like a balloon, letting you rise, fit through spaces, and solve puzzles in creative ways.

Coins, Stars, and Level Rewards

• Each level contains collectibles that contribute to your score.



• You can earn 1 to 3 stars based on how many collectibles you find.
• Collectible counts are tracked per level, so you can focus on what you still need.

Bonus Levels

In addition to the main stages, you'll find several bonus levels with special goals. Examples include:

Hardcore Mode Unlock

After you finish the game, Hardcore mode unlocks. In this mode, you must beat the entire game from start to finish without dying. Successfully clearing it rewards you with a special skin that turns Leo red.

Story Structure

The adventure is organized into 5 acts—Fortune Lost, Cousin Victor's Loss, Aunt Olga's Fall, Uncle Sergej's Doom, and A Heart of Gold—covering 20 levels plus 4 bonus levels.

Plot Summary

Leo is known as a brilliant engineer, even holding the title of "Grand Inventor of Greatest Engineering". One day, his fortune is stolen by an unknown culprit. As he travels and follows the golden trail, he starts to suspect that one of three relatives might be responsible: Cousin Victor, Aunt Olga, or Uncle Sergej. All three have recently suffered tragic losses, which may have crushed their ambitions.

While searching, Leo realizes he's being followed by The Steaming Apparatus—a mysterious machine that seems to maintain order, but has also been releasing deadly thorns across the world. Near the end of his journey, Leo finds his relatives there. They didn't take his gold, but they did assist the one who did.

Leo continues along the trail into a factory and discovers his wife, Mathilda. She explains she left years earlier without him noticing, and decided to take his fortune because she believed his kindness was the reason for his gold being taken. She also tells Leo that the Apparatus requires pure metal to function.

Leo is dismissive at first, but once he arrives, he understands how he's been living for years. He also learns the Apparatus is nearly dead. In a selfless choice, Leo gives up his fortune to revive it, restoring balance to the world. In the end, Mathilda meets him again, recognizes the change in his heart, and offers to walk home together.

Useful Tips

Complete the Story and Collect All Golden Cogs

For this phase, focus on enjoying the story while getting familiar with each level's layout, traps, and the most dangerous spots. As you progress, make sure to pick up the golden cogs hidden in certain levels.

• Some levels don't include any cogs.



• Most cogs require a small detour from the straight path, but they're usually easy to locate.
• Use the directions shown under each collectible-related trophy to grab cogs efficiently.
• Each golden cog only needs to be collected once, and the trophy unlocks immediately after you collect it.

3-Star Playthrough

Now switch your goal to earning three stars on every level. Check each trophy description (for example, Silver Master of the World) to see the requirements for each star.

After your first run, you may already have some stars. Since levels can be replayed right away, this stage might not always be your second one. Prioritize the levels where you don't yet have three stars and use the time to thoroughly learn the layout—especially the trap patterns—because this knowledge will matter most later.

Hardcore Run (No-Death Run)

Be ready: many players avoid this challenge. Even understanding the trophy requirements can feel stressful, but this stage is often the deciding factor for whether you can reach 100% completion in Leo's Fortune.

To clear it, you must replay the game a second time and finish . That means learning every level layout and memorizing trap patterns so you can react with confidence.
